We want you to love your RW&CO. fashion, so if you are not completely satisfied, you can return unworn items with original tags within 30 days of purchase. Whether you prefer returning in-store or by mail, we have made the process seamless and convenient for you.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your RW&CO. account to view your order history and select the items you wish to return to generate a prepaid shipping label or a QR code.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship or Drop Off

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location, or simply bring the items and your receipt to any RW&CO. store.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse processes your return, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
